TEKNIKER is a non-profit technology center, founded in 1981 and located in the city of Eibar, Gipuzkoa (Spain). The center is specialized in advanced manufacturing, material and surface engineering, and ICTs for production. TEKNIKER’s mission is focused on bringing about growth and well-being for society at large through R&D&I actions and by furthering the competitiveness of our industrial fabric in a sustainable manner. In the LASERWAY project, TEKNIKER leads the development of an innovative highly productive laser drilling process with a dynamic laser micro-drilling solution able to ensure hole quality at high drilling rates. This solution is aimed to be implemented in the aerospace (AERNNOVA) and water filtration (AZUD) industries.
